One ticket, one face, one entry

Your ticket admits one holder once. The ticket link is your ticket. Keep it safe and do not share it after claiming. The gate steward checks the holder photo and ticket code.

The match organizer

The organizer sells the ticket and sets the match and venue rules. Matchpass provides the ticket service. Matchpass is not responsible for running the match or for the match itself. This does not remove rights you have under the law.

Cancelled or postponed matches

If a match is cancelled, refunds for eligible unused paid tickets are queued automatically to the original paying number. Sending the money may need organizer review or action. Contact the organizer about used tickets or used add-ons.

If a match is postponed, you can request a refund for an unused ticket with no used add-ons until the deadline shown on your ticket. Otherwise, contact the organizer. Refunds go to the original paying number, which may belong to the buyer rather than the holder.

Entry at the gate

Entry can be refused if someone else claimed the ticket or if the ticket has already been used. A revoked ticket is not valid for entry. Follow the organizer's match and safety rules.
